Getting Started with GloveBox as an Insured

You have two easy ways to access your account:

Using ClientHub
- Head to your insurance agency’s website.
- Click the Client Portal link, which will feature my.gloveboxapp.com.
- Enter your contact information that's on file with the agency - email usually works best.
- Select launch my account.
- Verify with the 6-digit PIN we'll send you. No password is required.
Using the GloveBox Mobile App
- Download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Use the same login method for full access.

If it's your first time signing in, you may be asked a few quick questions to set up your account.

There are several key sections in GloveBox to explore.

My Policies - this section will show you your basic policy details for any active policy that you have with the agency.
My Documents - this section will provide access to any policy documents already loaded into your account, including ID Cards, Declaration Pages, and Certificates. You can also request any documents you need, but don't see in GloveBox.
PolicyAssist - this is GloveBox's service center. You can use PolicyAssist to request documents, ask for policy changes, or submit additional inquiries to your agency's service team.
Additional features
- GloveBox offers several service-oriented features, including the ability to pay your bill, file a claim, and access roadside assistance.
- GloveBox also has many ways to interact with the agency beyond service, including requesting quotes, referring the agency, and checking out social media.
- Finally, you can use the Profile section to update contact information and adjust communication preferences when needed.
