If your agency uses any tools to send messages to your customers, it's very important to include your Client Portal link in these messages to drive visibility and increase adoption of the portal amongst your clients.

It's crucial that your agency mentions your Client Portal in each of these messages you send to a customer. By including a call to action and prompting your customer to manage their policies, log in to their portal, or access their account, you're giving them the ability to sign in and self service down the line.
When creating these messages, you'll want to include your ClientHub link along with the call to action. To locate your Agency's ClientHub link and include it in your customer communications, navigate to GloveBoxHQ > Integrations > ClientHub link.
