Policy documents that have been manually uploaded to HQ can be viewed, edited, downloaded and deleted from the policyholder’s account.

View a policy document:
From the client profile you’d like to modify (Clients > Search > Client Profile):
- Navigate to the policy containing the document(s) you wish to view.
- Hover over the document, and click the ••• three dots icon to access options.
- Click View to open the document to view.
You can also hover over the document and select anywhere from the highlighted box to open the document viewer.
Download a policy document:
From the client profile you’d like to modify (Clients > Search > Client Profile):
- Navigate to the policy containing the document(s) you wish to download.
- Hover over the document, and click the ••• three dots icon to access options.
- Click Download to open the document pdf in a new browser window.
From here, the document can be downloaded and saved to the desktop.
Edit a policy document:
From the client profile you’d like to modify (Clients > Search > Client Profile):
- Navigate to the policy containing the document(s) you wish to edit.
- Hover over the document, and click the ••• three dots icon to access options.
- Click Edit to open the document’s editing options.
From here, you can modify the document name or category.
Please note that only manually uploaded policy documents can be edited.
Delete a policy document:
From the client profile you’d like to modify (Clients > Search > Client Profile):
- Navigate to the policy containing the document(s) you wish to delete.
- Hover over the document, and click the ••• three dots icon to access options.
- Select the red Delete icon.
- From the Remove Policy Document pop-up module, click Remove to confirm document deletion.
Please note that only manually uploaded policy documents can be deleted.
