Glovebox's ClientHub is the primary interface available to your insured customers when using a web browser on a computer or other devices. The functionality and layout in the mobile app closely mirror this experience. This guide will walk you through the core features available in ClientHub.

While the content of this article reviews ClientHub, the functionality and options for using GloveBox are the same within the Mobile Apps. The apps are simply optimized for a mobile device. 

Overview Tab

When a customer signs in to ClientHub, they will first land on the Overview tab. Think of this as the dashboard where they can access essential options for managing their policy, viewing policies, and retrieving documents. This tab provides a centralized location for key information and quick actions.

My Policies

The My Policies section displays details for active policies on file with the agency, including:

  • Carrier name
  • Division
  • Policy type
  • Policy number
  • Effective dates

This information updates regularly, typically on a nightly basis, depending on the agency management system (AMS) in use.

Documents

All documents accessible to the customer will appear in this section. Documents can be made available through various methods, but this section serves as a centralized hub for document retrieval.

Quick Action Options

Clients can take advantage of several quick-access options on the Overview tab, including:

  • Make a claim
  • Request a quote
  • Pay a bill (supports both agency and direct billing, as long as there is a designated payment link)
  • Access roadside assistance
  • Request a certificate of insurance
  • Refer the agency to others

Additional Navigation Tabs

My Policies & My Documents

These tabs house the same information as their respective sections on the Overview tab but offer a more detailed breakdown.

Requesting Service

The Request Service tab allows customers to initiate a policy change request by filling out a form with key information. This feature helps streamline service requests for the agency.

Upcoming Enhancement: This feature may soon be renamed PolicyAssist, expected to launch in February 2025.

Profile Management

Customers can update and manage their personal information under the Profile tab, including:

  • Contact information
  • Communication preferences
  • Login credentials (email/phone number associated with their profile in the agency’s management system)

If customers have questions about their login credentials, they should contact their agency or customer success manager for assistance.

Support & Privacy Settings

  • Privacy & Terms: Customers can review Glovebox's terms and conditions.
  • Technical Support: Provides direct access to Glovebox's support team for assistance with system-related issues.

Glovebox's ClientHub is designed to offer insured customers a seamless and intuitive way to manage their policies and interact with their agency. By understanding these features, agencies can better assist their clients and improve overall engagement with the platform.
