# Exploring the GloveBox CRM Renewal Pipeline, formerly Better Agency
## The Renewal Pipeline has been refined to enhance usability and streamline your workflow. Here's a summary of the key updates.

### **Filter Placement and Functionality**
- Filters previously located in the **Completed** column are now grouped under the **Filters** menu at the top of the page.
- Key filters include:
- **Future Effective**
- **Auto-Completed Renewals**
- **Renewal Statuses**, such as **Reinstated** and **Non-Renewal**
#### **Using Filters**
- Apply filters easily to track specific renewals, such as completed renewals that are future effective or canceled.
- Clear applied filters quickly with a single click for a clean slate.

### **Sorting Enhancements in the Completed Column**
- Renewals in the **Completed** column are now sorted by date:
- **Future Effective Renewals** appear at the top.
- **Past Renewals** appear in descending order by date.
#### **Behavior on Refresh**
- Changes made to renewal placement will persist until the page is refreshed.
- After a refresh, renewals will automatically reorder based on expiration dates, ensuring accurate organization.

### **Improved Visibility**
- Renewals no longer disappear unexpectedly. Adjustments remain visible until manually refreshed, reducing confusion and improving tracking.
