Getting Started with Email Syncing in Better Agency

If you're new to Better Agency and want to set up email syncing, this step-by-step guide will help you get started. Follow these instructions to ensure your email is properly integrated with Better Agency.

  1. Log in to your Better Agency account.
  2. Navigate to your name at the top of the screen and click Edit Profile.

Step 2: Go to Email Integration

  1. Within the profile settings, find the Email Integration section.
  2. Click on the Connect button to begin the setup process.

Step 3: Select Your Email Provider

  1. On the next page, choose your email provider from the list.
  2. If you don’t see your provider listed, click See All Providers to view more options.
  3. Select the provider that matches your email service. If you’re using a custom email provider, choose the Custom IMAP Settings option.

Step 4: Enter IMAP Details for Custom Providers

  • For custom IMAP settings, you will need to input specific information from your email provider.
  • You can typically find these details by searching for "[Your Provider] IMAP settings" online or consulting your provider’s help resources.
