First, sign up for the Integration with your GloveBox point of contact.- This step adds you to the GloveBox SDK waitlist, and once added, will start a 90-day guarantee for us to have your integration up and running.
Then, obtain your SOAP SDK credentials by following the steps below.
-
GloveBox will use these credentials to connect to your agency’s Applied EPIC account. In order to obtain them, you will need to request these credentials from your Applied EPIC Implementation Specialist.
- Send a message to your Implementation Specialist requesting your credentials. You can reach your Implementation Specialist by contacting your CSM and sending them the message that's available at the bottom of this page.
Finally, complete your GloveBox onboarding.
-
When you’re next up on the waitlist, our team will let you know we are ready to connect your data. In order to move forward, you must provide GloveBox with your SOAP SDK credentials.
-
Failure to provide GloveBox with these credentials at the time of implementation will require our team to move on to the next customer on the waitlist.

Subject: Request for Applied EPIC SDK Credentials
Hi [CSM's Name],
I hope you're doing well! I’m reaching out because we urgently need our SOAP SDK credentials to complete our GloveBox integration with Applied EPIC.
These credentials (URL, authorization key, and database name) allow GloveBox to import key information from the EPIC system, which streamlines our ability to service clients and provide them with their policy documents.
Obtaining these credentials is the first step in the implementation process, and we'd like to get this integration set up as quickly as possible.
Can you assist in obtaining these credentials or point me to the right person to help with securing them?
Thanks in advance.
Best,
[Your Name]
