Granting Better Agency Customer Support Access to Your Account

At Better Agency, we prioritize your privacy and the security of your client information. By default, our support team does not have access to your agency or client data.

If you need assistance and want to temporarily grant our Customer Support team access to your account, follow the steps below.


Steps to Enable Support Access

Access Your Profile

    • Log in to your Better Agency account.
    • Navigate to your profile and click "Edit Profile" in the upper-right corner of the application.

Enable Support Access

    • In the profile settings, locate the option to allow support access.
    • Check the box labeled "Allow Customer Support Access to My Account."


You're All Set!

Once enabled, our support team will have the necessary access to assist you with your account. You can disable this access at any time by unchecking the same box in your profile settings.
