How to Access Your Momentum (Formerly NowCerts) Account through Better Agency
You can open a contact or policy in Momentum (formerly NowCerts) instantly once your single sign-on integration with Better Agency is complete. Follow these steps to get started:
Step 1: Ensure Your Integration is Complete
- Look for the "Forward Arrow" icon in Better Agency.
- If the icon is clickable, your integration is set up and ready to use!
💡 Pro Tip: If you experience issues opening a contact, try using a contact that has basic information (like a name, email, or phone number). Some contacts with incomplete details may not sync properly.
Step 2: Set Up Your Account for the First Time
- The first time you attempt to open a contact or policy in Momentum, you will be prompted to set up your Momentum user account.
- Follow the setup instructions, and you’ll only need to do this step once.
Note: you may still see the NowCerts logo when using the integration from inside of Better Agency.
Step 3: Start Using Your Momentum Account
- Look for Momentum Buttons and options throughout your Better Agency account.
- These buttons will allow you to quickly jump to related Momentum contacts or policies for seamless access.
