How to Connect PolicyAssist to GloveBoxCRM Service Center

Automatically create PolicyAssist requests in your GloveBoxCRM Service Center

By syncing your service email with GloveBoxCRM and configuring PolicyAssist settings in GloveBoxHQ, you can automatically convert incoming PolicyAssist form submissions into service requests in the CRM, saving you time.

Prerequisites

  • A GloveBoxCRM account.
(Don't have one of these? Talk to your Customer Success Manager via live chat to learn more!)

  • A GloveBoxHQ account.

  • A dedicated service email (Gmail or Outlook)

Sync Your Service Email in GloveBoxCRM

Configure PolicyAssist Settings in GloveBoxHQ with Your Dedicated Service Email

  1. Open Agency Details

    • Log in to GloveBoxHQ.

    • In the left menu, select Agency Details.

  2. Access PolicyAssist Settings

    • Within Agency Details, click the PolicyAssist Settings tab.

  3. Assign Your Service Email

    • For each PolicyAssist request type (e.g., General Service, Vehicles, Certificates, etc), paste your synced service email into the Custom Email field.

      • If you don't see "Email" as an option, be sure to use the "Add Contact Method" option on the right within the 3-dot menu.

    • Click Save after editing each section.

  4. (Optional) Set Up a General Fallback

    • Under General Service, paste the same address into the Custom Email field.

    • This ensures any unconfigured form submits still generate requests in GloveBoxCRM.

Verify & Manage Incoming Requests

  • Automatic Ticket Creation

    • Whenever a client submits a PolicyAssist form, GloveBoxHQ will email your service inbox, and GloveBoxCRM will:

      • Match the sender’s email to an existing CRM client

      • Create a new service request in your Service Pipeline

    • Now you can manage the service requests within GloveBoxCRm with tasks, attachments, and notes.
  • Unlinked Requests

    • If no matching client is found, requests appear under Unlinked Requests.

    • Link them manually, then manage them through the pipeline with tasks, attachments, and notes.
