How to remove an Elite Agent

If an agent will no longer be using the Elite Agent product, you can deactivate their platform from the Elite Agents page in HQ.

To deactivate an Elite Agent platform:

1. From the Elite Agent page, navigate to the Elite Agent you wish to deactivate.
2. Click the blue toggle in the lower righthand corner of the Elite Agent card to view the Deactivation screen.
3. From the Deactivate Elite Agent, click Deactivate to turn off the Elite Agent platform.
