GloveBox has launched a feature that allows your agency to re-invite unverified clients in bulk. To support this feature, we’ve created an email campaign that your agency can use to let customers know you’ll be sending send them a new invite.
At GloveBox, our teams know that driving policyholder adoption of GloveBox products is crucial to reducing the service burden for our agencies. In an effort to continue increasing client adoption, we’ve launched the ability to mass invite up to 25 unverified clients at a time from within the clients tab.
The ability to send a mass invite will enable your agency to work through the list of unverified clients with increased efficiency. You can learn more about this feature at this link.
In addition to this product launch, GloveBox also knows that targeted messages from your agency can go a long way to provide context to these invites and ensure your clients accept their invites. To support these efforts, we’ve created an email script that your agency can send out to all unverified customers in advance of resending invites from the ‘Clients’ tab in GloveBoxHQ.
