Leveraging GloveBox's Elite Agent Platform

The Elite Agent platform offers agents an enhanced, personalized experience on the GloveBox app, enabling them to connect with their clients in a more direct and meaningful way.

What is an Elite Agent Platform?

Elite Agent platforms are an extension of the GloveBox system that allows agents to personalize their own GloveBox experience.

Elite Agent's offer a tailored digital platform where the agent’s unique branding, contact details, and even headshot are displayed for policyholders. This customization helps agents maintain a personal connection with their clients while providing them with a self-service platform for managing their policies.

Key Features of the Elite Agent Platform:

  • Personal Branding: The agent’s photo, name, and contact details are prominently displayed within the app.

  • Custom Contact Information: When policyholders need service or want a quote, the request goes directly to the agent (not the agency’s general email), ensuring quicker follow-ups.

  • Referral System: Clients can directly refer their agent to others via the Refer Agent feature, making word-of-mouth referrals easier and more personal.


Why is the Elite Agent Platform Valuable?

The Elite Agent platform is a powerful tool for agents who want to build stronger relationships with their clients and improve their service offerings. Here's why it’s valuable:

  • Personalization: Policyholders can see their agent’s face and contact details right when they log into GloveBox, making the relationship feel more personal and accessible.

  • Increased Efficiency: The platform streamlines communication by sending quote requests and service inquiries directly to the agent, ensuring faster response times and better client management.

  • Referral Opportunities: The Refer Agent feature enables clients to share their agent’s platform with others, helping to generate new leads and referrals directly through the app.

  • Improved Client Retention: By providing a convenient self-service platform, policyholders can manage their own policies without always needing to contact the agent, improving overall satisfaction and reducing the time agents spend on routine tasks.


How to Add or Delete an Elite Agent

Managing who has access to the Elite Agent platform is simple and flexible. Whether you need to add a new agent or deactivate an existing one, the process is straightforward. Note that this process must be completed by an agency administrator. 

Adding an Elite Agent:

  1. Log in to GloveBoxHQ and navigate to the Elite Agents page.

  2. Click the Invite an Elite Agent button located at the top right corner of the page.

  3. Enter the agent's details, including their name and contact information.

  4. Once the agent’s information is entered, click Invite to send the agent an invitation to complete their Elite Agent setup.

Deactivating an Elite Agent:

  1. In GloveBoxHQ, navigate to the Elite Agents page.

  2. Find the agent you wish to deactivate.

  3. Hover over their profile, and click the 3-dot menu that becomes available.

  4. Click Deactivate to remove the agent from the Elite Agent platform.

Steps to Set Up an Elite Agent Account

Setting up an Elite Agent account is simple and involves a few key steps to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

1. Add the Elite Agent to GloveBoxHQ

  • Navigate to the Elite Agents section and click + Add Elite Agent.

  • Enter the agent's name, contact details, and determine if they will be responsible for billing.

  • Click Invite to send the agent an invitation to complete their account setup.

2. Upload a Professional Headshot

  • The agent should upload a clear, professional headshot to display in the GloveBox app. This will be visible to policyholders alongside their contact information.

3. Work with Your Customer Success Manager

  • Connect with your success manager to ensure that the agent's client data is properly mapped to GloveBox. This step is crucial for successful integration and data synchronization.

4. Update Contact Information

  • On the Agency Details page, make sure the agent’s contact information (phone number, email) is correct. Decide if you want to enable SMS messaging for quicker communication.

  • If using custom quote capture, ensure it’s integrated into the Get A Quote feature so that requests go directly to the agent.

5. Explore the App Features

  • The agent should explore the key features within the GloveBox app, including Get A Quote, Request Service, and Refer Agent. Download the app to see the custom branding in action.

6. Start Inviting Policyholders

  • Use the Client Invite feature to start inviting clients to join GloveBox. This will help policyholders manage their own policies and take advantage of the self-service tools.

7. Promote the Platform to Clients

  • Encourage clients to use the platform by sharing the app and helping them get set up. Make sure they know how to use the self-service features for a smooth experience.

8. Use Available Resources

  • Take full advantage of GloveBox’s resources, including live training, help articles, and the Agency Success live chat for additional support.
