Resending & Revoking Pending Client Invites

From the Clients tab in GloveBoxHQ, agency team members can manage pending client invites using the "revoke invite" and "resend invite" features.

To view invited clients, navigate to the Clients tab and click Invited from the dropdown menu next to the Search icon.

 

 

After locating the client in question, click on their entry to view the Client Profile. Under their name and contact information you'll see a Resend Invite button:

After an invite has been sent, you have the ability to Revoke the invite if needed. Next to the client's name is a 3 dot (meatball) menu that you can click to revoke. If an invite is revoked, the invite will move from the Invited dropdown back to the Unverified dropdown, and can now be found using search. 

To resend an invite to this user, click Resend next to their name on their client profile page.
