1. Adding a Template
- Log into your GloveBox CRM Medicare App account.
 - Navigate to the Templates section in the left-hand menu.
 - Click on Add a Template.
 - Enter a Template Name (e.g., "Test Template").
 - Choose a Template Channel:
- Email or SMS.
 
 - Select a Template Type:
- Broadcast Template: Used for bulk email broadcasts.
 - One-off Template: Used for individual messages.
 
 - Enter a Subject Line (e.g., "Broadcast Test Template").
 - Customize the Email Body:
- Start from scratch or select an existing template.
 - Click into the text box and edit as needed.
 - Use Merge Tags (e.g., Contact First Name, Agent Email Signature) for dynamic content.
 
 - Click Save Template.
 
2. Sending a Broadcast Email
- Ensure your email is synced:
- Navigate to My Profile > Email Synced.
 - Click Connect Account and follow the steps.
 
 - Go to the Broadcast section.
 - Click Send Broadcast.

 - Set up the broadcast:
- Sender Name (auto-populated from your profile).
 - Subject Line (e.g., "Test Broadcast").
