GloveBox relies on the data within your AMS to pull over into GloveBoxHQ, ClientHub, and the Mobile Apps. Here are instructions for you to set up your reports and ensure your AMS is set up properly for a GloveBox data import.
Below are the instructions to create your Client List reports, which is what GloveBox uses to pull in data from the Applied - EPIC AMS.
Step 1: Add GloveBox as an Employee
Select 'Locate' from the top menu bar.
- Locate Account: Employee.
- Click the '+' under the Results section to add:
- Last Name: GloveBox
- Account Name: GloveBox
- Lookup Code: GLVBOX
- Email: clientlist@gloveboxapp.com
- Click 'Finish' and return to your home screen.
Navigate to 'Reports.' Select 'Reports/Marketing' from the sidebar.
- Select 'Policy'. Find 'Book of Business - Line Book.'
- Right-click on 'Book of Business - Line Book' and select 'Create New Report.'
- Name the new report: 'GloveBox Policy Report.'
- Create in 'My Reports.'
- Click 'Finish.'
- Set all options to 'All' or 'Both' except for the following.
- Parameters Page: Exclude Parameter Page.
- Record Listing: Each Time Found.
- Account Status: Active.
- For any criteria that do not say 'All,' select and hit the double down arrows to move all options from Available to Selected.
- Set Policy Expiration Date to 'Relative Date Range':
- From system date: -2 months.
- Through the end of system date: +14 months.
- Select the '+' button.
- Name: 'GloveBox Policy Layout.'
- From the 'Output Builder' screen:
- Delete the Header and Footer sections.
- Only the Details section should remain.
- Add criteria to the Details section:
- Book of Business - Policy Book > Policy:
- Account Name, Account Lookup Code, Policy Type Code, Policy Type Name, Main Policy Number, Policy Effective Date, Policy Expiration Date, Agency Code, Agency Name, Branch Code, Branch Name, Department Code, Department Name, Type of Business Code.
- Book of Business - Policy Book > Line:
- Line Type Code, Line Status Code, Premium Payable Code, Premium Payable Name, Issuing Carrier Code, Issuing Carrier Name, Date Line Last Updated, Bill Mode, Bill Mode Description.
- Book of Business - Policy Book > Line > Billing:
- Financed, Billing Plan.
- Book of Business - Policy Book > Premium Payable Contract:
- Contract Type, Contract Description.
- Book of Business - Policy Book > Servicing Roles 'Producer':
- Servicing Role, Code, Name.
- Book of Business - Policy Book > Policy:
- Go to 'File' > 'Save All', then close the window.
- Delete the 'Complete Detail' layout, leaving only the 'GloveBox Policies Layout.'
Step 3: Update Delivery Options
First, Modify Delivery Options.- Change the current user to 'Notify Only.'
- Edit the first report recipient to 'Notify Only.'
- Add the GloveBox Employee to the Report Recipient list:
- Select the '+' under Report Recipients.
- Search for Employee with Lookup code: GLVBOX.
- Select GLVBOX and click 'Finish.'
- Printer: Select None.
- Email: clientlist@gloveboxapp.com.
- Attach as: CSV.
- Click 'Finish.'
Next, Set Email/Fax Details.
- Subject: [YourAgencyName] Policy Report.
- From Email: your Applied account email.
Now, Run the Report.
- Go to 'Actions' and select 'Generate.'
- Once the report runs, it will be sent to clientlist@gloveboxapp.com.
- Change from 'Now' to 'Schedule.'
- - Set the time for 5:00 AM.
- - Recurrence: Daily.
- - Go to 'Actions' and select 'Generate.'
- - Click 'Save.'
Step 4: Create a GloveBox Client Report
Navigate to 'Reports.' Select 'Reports/Marketing' from the sidebar.
- Select 'Account.'
- Find 'Client List.'
- Right-click on 'Client List' and select 'Create New Report.'
- Name the new report: 'GloveBox Client Report.'
- Create in 'My Reports.'
- Click 'Finish.'
- Set all options to 'All' or 'Both' except for the following.
- Parameters Page: Exclude Parameter Page.
- Record Listing: Each Time Found.

Then, Create a GloveBox Client List Layout.
- Name: 'GloveBox Policy Layout.'
- From the 'Output Builder' screen:
- Delete the Header and Footer sections.

- Add criteria to the Details section.
- Client List >:
- Agency Code, Agency Name, Branch Code, Branch Name.
- Client List > Client:
- Account Name, Account Lookup Code, Client Type, Account Status.
- Client List > Contact:
- Primary / Main Business Contact.
- Client List > Client > Contact > Contact Info:
- Primary Number Type, Primary Number, Second Number Type, Second Number, Primary Email Address, Second Email Address, Third Number, Third Number Type, Fourth Number, Fourth Number Type.
- Client List > Client > Contact > Contact Name:
- First Name, Last Name, Business Name.
- Client List > Servicing Roles > 'Client Service Rep or Customer Service':
- Servicing Role, Code, Name.
- Client List >:
- Go to 'File' > 'Save All,' then close the window.
- Delete the 'Complete Detail' layout, leaving only the 'GloveBox Client List Layout.'
Step 5: Update Delivery Options

- Click 'Finish.'
Next, Set Email/Fax Details.
- Subject: [YourAgencyName] Policy Report.
- From Email: your Applied account email.
Now, Run the Report.
- Go to 'Actions' and select 'Generate.'
- Once the report runs, it will be sent to clientlist@gloveboxapp.com.
Finally, Schedule the Weekly Report:
- Change from 'Now' to 'Schedule.'
- - Set the time for 5:00 AM.
- - Recurrence: Daily.
- - Go to 'Actions' and select 'Generate.'
- - Click 'Save.'
Now, the reports are scheduled to send to GloveBox moving forward.
Policy Number Format
If you open the exported Excel spreadsheet, the policy numbers may convert to scientific notation. Please follow the instructions on this page prior to sending the report to the GloveBox team.
