Managing Your Client List: Momentum (formerly NowCerts)

GloveBox relies on the data within your AMS to pull over into GloveBoxHQ, ClientHub, and the Mobile Apps. Here are instructions for you to set up your reports and ensure your AMS is set up properly for a GloveBox data import.

Below are the instructions to connect your agency's Momentum account to GloveBox using the Momentum API, which is how GloveBox pulls in data from your Momentum AMS. 

Step 1: Provide GloveBox with a Momentum Login

GloveBox will require a login to Momentum in order to connect the API between GloveBox and Momentum.

  • If you're comfortable, you can share your agency's login information to Momentum at no cost.
  • If you prefer, you can create a new user on your Momentum account for GloveBox to use. This may come with an additional fee. 
    • To create a new user, please follow the instructions provided by Momentum.

Step 2: Securely Share Your Login Credentials
GloveBox uses a tool called OneTimeSecret to securely share your API credentials.

  • First, navigate to OneTimeSecret.com.
  • Next, Create a Secret Message.
    • Add the following text in the text box.
        • Agency Name:
        • User Email:
        • Password:

  • Then, Set an Optional Passphrase in the 'Passphrase' box.
  • Click the 'Create a secret link' button to generate a unique share link.

Step 3. Send Your Secret Link to GloveBox
Email the secure link and passphrase to your GloveBox point of contact in a separate email using the subject line “[Agency Name] - Momentum API Credentials."
