Managing Your Client List: Veruna

GloveBox relies on the data within your AMS to pull over into GloveBoxHQ, ClientHub, and the Mobile Apps. Here are instructions for you to set up your reports and ensure your AMS is set up properly for a GloveBox data import.

Below are the instructions to create your Client List reports, which is what GloveBox uses to pull in data from the Veruna AMS. 

Step 1. Locate the Report
Navigate to the 'Reports' tab in Veruna.
 
Step 2. Request the Report
If you're unable to locate the GloveBox report, please email your Veruna Implementation Specialist to request the addition of the GloveBox Report.
 
Step 3. Run the Report
Once the report is available, click the option to 'Save and Run.'
The first time you run the report, you need to update an option to include all policies:
  • Right-click next to the report and select 'Export.'
  • Click the 'BillingLastInserted' filter and set it to 'All Time,' which is hyperlinked in the middle of the page).
  • Save and run the report again.

Step 4. Export the Report

From the right side of the screen, select the 'Edit' dropdown, then choose 'Export.'

  • Choose 'Details Only.'
  • Format: Comma Delimited (.csv).
  • Click Export.
Step 5. Schedule the Report. 
After saving and running the report, click 'Edit,' then 'Subscribe.'
  • Set the date and time to run the report each week. This will send the report to your email, from which you can forward it to clientlist@gloveboxapp.com.

Consistency is important when sending your client list reports manually. Emails sent to GloveBox should always have the same subject line and should be sent from the same email address.

If you change the subject line or sender address, please let GloveBox know so that we can effectively import your list in a timely fashion. 

  • The first time you generate the report, you'll want to manually send it to clientlist@gloveboxapp.com. 

Policy Number Format

If you open the exported Excel spreadsheet, the policy numbers may convert to scientific notation. Please follow the instructions on this page prior to sending the report to the GloveBox team.
