Managing Your Team Member Invites In GloveBoxHQ
This article covers how to invite, resend, or revoke team member access to GloveBoxHQ.
Agency administrators will have the ability to invite, resend, and revoke a team member's access to GloveBox from the team members tab.
To get started, navigate to team members on the left hand side.
Within this tab, you'll see two tabs: team members, which are the staff who've accepted their invites, and invites.
Sending a new team member invite
From the team members tab, choose the option to invite a new team member.
In the screen that opens, enter your team member's details, including First and Last Name, email, and the role you'd like to give that person in GloveBoxHQ. Date of Birth can also be added, but is optional.
Once the information is entered, select invite team member, which will send an email invitation over to that person that they will need to accept.
Resending an Expired Invitation
If an invitation to GloveBoxHQ has expired, you can resend it by flipping to the Invites tab.
Once you've located the team member you need to re-invite, select the 3-dot menu. Then, choose resend invite.
The invites and team members tabs also have filtering and search options in case that is helpful when locating a specific person.
Revoking a GloveBoxHQ Invite
If a team member is no longer with your agency, you can eliminate their GloveBox access by revoking their invite.
From the team members tab, locate the team member and select the 3-dot menu. Then, choose remove member.
Changing a Team Members Role
This menu also gives you the ability to change a role. For example, if you'd like to promote someone with CSR access to owner, you can use this to do so.
