GloveBoxHQ is the agency-facing platform designed to help you and your team manage client interactions, documents, and system settings efficiently. This guide will walk you through the key features and navigation of GloveBoxHQ.

Overview Tab

The Overview tab serves as your dashboard, providing a summary of important agency metrics and recent activity. Clicking on any of the displayed cards will take you to the relevant section for further actions.

Clients Tab

The Clients tab is where most of your day-to-day activities will take place. Here, you can:

  • Resend invites to customers
  • Upload and manage documents
  • Search for clients and access their details

This tab is essential for managing client relationships and ensuring a smooth experience within GloveBox.

Insights Tab

The Insights tab tracks activities performed by both the agency and clients. You can monitor actions such as:

  • Clients viewing documents
  • Clients making payments
  • General user engagement

This data can help you assess customer interaction trends and optimize their experience.

Team Members Tab

The Team Members tab allows agency administrators to:

  • Manage the agency roster
  • Resend or create new team invitations
  • Adjust permissions for users

If you need assistance with invitations or permissions, reach out to your agency administrator.

Elite Agents Tab

The Elite Agents tab is relevant for agencies utilizing this paid feature. It provides a customized, branded platform where agents can manage their assigned book of business. If you’re interested in this feature, contact your success manager.

Agency Details Tab

The Agency Details tab functions like the settings area, where administrators can:

  • Update agency contact information
  • Adjust branding and social media links
  • Modify client-facing details

If any information needs updating, notify your administrator to make the necessary changes.

Billing Tab

The Billing tab is accessible to administrators and allows them to:

  • View and download invoices
  • Update the payment method on file

If you do not see this tab, you likely do not have admin permissions.

Integrations Tab

The Integrations tab offers two key functions:

  1. Book of Business – Connect directly with carriers to sync policies and documents.
  2. Client Hub Link – Share this link with customers for easy GloveBox access. We recommend adding it to email signatures, websites, and other customer touchpoints.

Profile and Help Center Tabs

  • Profile – Allows users to update their name and account settings.
  • Help Center – Provides access to GloveBox University, FAQs, and training content.
  • Chat – Offers a direct line to the GloveBox customer support team. 

Saving GloveBox HQ to Your Mobile Device

For iPhone:

  1. Visit hq.gloveboxapp.com and log in.
  2. Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select Add to Home Screen, rename it if desired, and tap Add.

For Android:

  1. Visit hq.gloveboxapp.com and log in.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Install App, and the icon will appear on your home screen.
