Not Seeing Your Policy Documents on GloveBox?

 

If you log into your GloveBox account and don’t see your policy documents or ID cards, don’t worry—you should be able to. All it takes is activating Active Policy Monitoring on your policy.

How to Activate Active Policy Monitoring

  1. Log into your GloveBox account.

  2. Click on the policy you’d like to see documents for.

  3. Select the three dots in the top-right corner of the policy view.

  4. Choose Activate Monitoring.

  5. Enter your carrier username and password to connect your account.

Once monitoring is active, GloveBox will pull your policy documents and ID cards directly from your carrier. Your data will automatically refresh each night at midnight, so your information stays up to date.
