# Not Seeing Your Policy Documents on GloveBox?
If you log into your GloveBox account and don’t see your policy documents or ID cards, don’t worry—you should be able to. All it takes is activating **Active Policy Monitoring** on your policy.
#### How to Activate Active Policy Monitoring
1. Log into your GloveBox account.
2. Click on the **policy** you’d like to see documents for.
3. Select the **three dots** in the top-right corner of the policy view.
4. Choose **Activate Monitoring.**
5. Enter your **carrier username and password** to connect your account.
Once monitoring is active, GloveBox will pull your policy documents and ID cards directly from your carrier. Your data will automatically refresh each night at **midnight**, so your information stays up to date.
#### Why This Matters
Active Policy Monitoring is a feature developed by the GloveBox carrier integration team. When connected, live data and documents are pulled straight from the carrier into your GloveBox app. This makes it easier for you to:
- Access documents and ID cards anytime
- Manage your policies digitally
- Stay current without waiting for mailed updates
It also helps reduce the service burden on your agency, giving you faster access to the information you need.

### Active Policy Monitoring
**Active Policy Monitoring** is a GloveBox feature that connects directly with select carriers to pull live policy data and documents into your app. By linking your carrier account, you can see up-to-date documents and ID cards without having to call your agency.
This not only makes policy management easier for you, but it also reduces the workload on your agency staff—freeing them to serve you better.
