The 'Pay A Bill' feature is one of the many ways that policyholders can interact with their carriers. Here's how to 'Pay A Bill' with GloveBox.
GloveBox users can easily pay bills directly through a carrier right from the GloveBox app. We direct them to the carrier's Pay a Bill page without ever leaving the GloveBox platform.
Due to varying online capabilities from carriers, this may not be available for all carriers.
To pay a bill:
- On the Home tab, click on the Pay a Bill button which will be near the top of your screen or under the Auto ID Card. If there isn't an added policy, one may be added. Click here for instructions on how to do that.
- After clicking on the button, you are directed to the carrier’s Pay A Bill page.
From here, follow the steps outlined by the carrier to complete payment.
This experience varies depending on the carrier. For some carriers, the policyholder will need to have registered carrier login credentials in order to pay a bill. For other carriers, policyholders may only be required to input their policy number or policyholder details.
