Preparing Your Team for Launch: Email Campaign

Once your staff is trained, you'll begin planning to launch GloveBox to your clients. Here's an email script you can send to your team that informs them of what to expect.

Prior to sending this email script out to your team, it's recommended that you invite your team members to GloveBoxHQ, the agency side of GloveBox. At this point, your team most likely has already received an invite, but it can be helpful to resend any that have expired. 

It's also recommended that you adjust this email template as needed to best align with how your agency likes to communicate with your team.

Thank you to all who attended training with our GloveBox representative. I'm excited to share that we will officially be launching with GloveBox on [DATE]!

Here's what you can expect as part of our launch.

  • On launch day, a campaign will be enabled that will send GloveBox invitations out to clients.
  • As clients accept their invites, they will move to a verified status in GloveBox. Verified clients are customers that you want to make sure have all policy documents loaded into their accounts. 
  • While the campaign is running, it's expected that you begin sharing our agency's new client portal, powered by GloveBox, with all clients, particularly:
    • New customers who you're getting set up. 
    • Clients who call for low-level service, like document access or bill pays. 
    • Customers with upcoming renewals.

As a reminder, the goal is to get as many clients into a verified status, meaning they've accepted their invite and can use GloveBox for things like paying their bill, accessing documents, and even submitting policy changes. The more verified clients, the fewer customers who are still calling for service.
