Our team has been hard at work making improvements to GloveBoxHQ, ClientHub, and Mobile Apps through bug fixes, new features, and enhancements to the products. Here's what changed this week.
Enhancements to Agency Referrals in ClientHub and the Mobile Apps
Previously, when a customer clicked the option to 'Refer Agency,' it generated a link for the existing customer that they could send out.
We've upgraded this experience to display a link that your agency's customers can copy with an easy option to share the link out to the referral.

Once shared, the person being referred will receive a message that links them directly in to the agency's portal and instructs them to get a quote. These messages are available in both English and Spanish.
Updates to the Book of Business in GloveBoxHQ
Under the 'Integrations' tab of GloveBoxHQ, we've updated our upcoming carriers to include Forge Insurance, who is our first Majesco carrier.
