Enhanced Job Processing for Book of Business (BoB) Imports
Previously, large agency data imports would sometimes time out before completion, causing incomplete Book of Business (BoB) syncs. Now, jobs will only expire when they stop progressing, ensuring a more reliable and complete import process.
Improved Policyholder Name Recognition
Previously, policyholder names were inconsistently displayed, sometimes defaulting to generic placeholders. Now, our system prioritizes full names, business names for commercial policies, and allows agency personnel to adjust names manually for improved accuracy.
Business Owner’s Policy (BOP) Line Support Added
Previously, BOP policies did not categorize coverage lines separately, making it harder to view details. Now, BOP policies display coverage lines clearly, similar to package policies, for better organization and management.
New Policy Types Now Available
Previously, some policy types were missing, leading to limited categorization options. Now, we’ve added Dwelling Fire, Product Liability, Difference in Conditions, and Business Owner’s Policy (BOP) to improve policy mapping and organization.
