Our team has been hard at work making improvements to GloveBoxHQ, ClientHub, and Mobile Apps through bug fixes, new features, and enhancements to the products. Here's what changed this week.
Send Bulk Invitations to Clients within GloveBoxHQ
Previously, if your agency wanted to send invites to all clients who are currently unverified, you would need to select the 'Invite' button once for each client. Selecting 'Invite' would then send an email to the client letting them know your agency is inviting them to your client portal, powered by GloveBox.
Now, in addition to being able to send an invite to a client directly, your agency can check a box to 'Select' up to 25 clients at a time when on the 'Unverified' view of the 'Clients' tab, then send invites to your selected clients. Once you select 'Send Invites,' you can continue to use the system and it will let you know once the invites have completed sending.
Please note that use of this feature is only compatible for unverified clients who have an email address listed in GloveBox. Although the box will show as checked for customers with only phone numbers listed, an invite will not be sent out unless they have an email on file.
