Product Release Notes - May 15th, 2024

Our team has been hard at work making improvements to GloveBoxHQ, ClientHub, and Mobile Apps through bug fixes, new features, and enhancements to the products. Here's what changed this week.

New Agency iOS and Android App Icons

We added and updated the iOS and Android Mobile App Icons for several agencies. Having an updated App Icon ensures that your agency's branding carries over to your policyholders within their GloveBox App. 

Updated Client Profile Page in ClientHub and the Mobile App

We've updated the Profile tab within our policyholder-facing products, ClientHub and the Mobile App. These changes are intended to segment the different sections of the page more clearly and now offer a toggle view for the policyholder to opt in or out of text message notifications.

Creation of Quick Links widget within the Mobile App

We've added several "quick links" to assist policyholders in quickly and easily accessing the major actions they can complete within the Mobile App. A policyholder can now open their App using an Android device and quickly Pay a Bill, Make a Claim, Get a Quote, or Request Roadside Assistance. iOS users will also receive the quick access functionality to pay a bill.
