Product Release Notes - October 11th - November 14th, 2024

Our team has been hard at work making improvements to GloveBoxHQ, ClientHub, and Mobile Apps through bug fixes, new features, and enhancements to the products. Here's what changed since our last release.

Following our long-anticipated release of package policy functionality, our team has been focused on enhancements to GloveBoxHQ that are intended to create an even smoother experience for our customers.

Enhancements to West Bend Mutual Insurance

Before package policies, GloveBox only displayed a single policy line for West Bend, a popular carrier. We’ve added several enhancements to display policy lines on these packages, which will provide clients and agency staff more granular visibility on policy information.

Our team has also added enhancements that ensure that clients who are connected to Active Policy Monitoring with West Bend will see all documents and details on each policy line, as expected.

New Policy Types Available

When GloveBox ingests your agency’s data, we take the policy types in your AMS (ex. AUTOC, AUTOP, AUTOMOB) and map them to an overarching policy type, like AUTO. We’ve added two new policy types available for us to map to, ‘Fire’ and ‘Difference in Conditions,’ which will ensure we can accurately display your correct policy types.

Enhanced Elite Agent Connections to Book of Business

Elite Agents can now connect directly to relevant policy divisions within their agency’s Book of Business, which was previously limited to connections from the Master Platform.

Updated Unverified Clients Tab

We’ve added clarifying language to the Unverified Clients section, guiding agency staff on duplicate profile handling and directing them to the correct profile for sending invites.

Team Member Invite Fix

An issue where team member details would disappear after a revoked and resent invite has now been resolved.

Elite Agents

The bug preventing “Accepted” Elite Agents from displaying in the UI has been fixed, and all accepted agents now appear correctly.

Certificate Display in Notification Emails

We’ve resolved the issue causing blank screens when accessing certificates via deep links in notification emails. Certificates now display as expected.

Stay tuned for more exciting updates in our next release!
