Our team has been hard at work making improvements to GloveBoxHQ, ClientHub, and Mobile Apps through bug fixes, new features, and enhancements to the products. Here's what changed since our last release.
New Policy Types Available
To enhance data accuracy and display, we’ve added two new policy types, Fire and Difference in Conditions. In the near future, we will also offer policy types including Business Owner's Policies (BOP), Dwelling Fire, and Product Liability.
These updates do not apply to past policies that have been imported, but can be utilized as an enhanced mapping option moving forward. Agencies can change these policy types directly (see below!) or submit a request to our team for us to remap their policy types.
Document Source Updates
Previously, all documents in GloveBoxHQ were labeled with the source "Manual," which caused confusion. To improve clarity, documents now display their appropriate source: either Manual or Carrier. This update ensures that agency staff can quickly identify the origin of uploaded documents.
