Our team has been hard at work making improvements to GloveBoxHQ, ClientHub, and Mobile Apps through bug fixes, new features, and enhancements to the products. Here's what changed this week.
Relocation of the 'Chat' feature in GloveBoxHQ
Previously, the 'Chat' function within GloveBoxHQ lived as a bubble in the lower right-hand corner of the screen. We've relocated this feature to the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen, which will ensure users don't have any trouble accessing other features on their screen.
Selecting 'Chat' will still take you into our help screen, which allows you to both search within GloveBox University for support articles, or click the 'Scribe' icon and chat with our support team.
Restructure of the 'Elite Agent' page within GloveBoxHQ
Much like we enhanced the 'Team Members' tab within GloveBoxHQ a few weeks back, we've also upgraded our 'Elite Agent' tab.
Previously, this page didn't filter out Elite Agent Platforms that were no longer active, which made the layout difficult to interpret.
Now, the layout has two tabs that separate out 'Elite Agents,' which displays 'Accepted' and 'Deactivated' platforms, and 'Invites.'
- For Accepted platforms, this tab will list all Elite Agent Platform Names, Logos, and initials associated with the team member. This will also display any 'Deactivated' platforms in this tab.
- The 'Invites' tab will reflect all platforms that are in an Expired, Pending, or Revoked status.
- This tab will also display the dates that invites were sent, the expiration date, and a menu that allows you to re-send invites as needed.
