Product Release Notes - September 20th, 2024

Our team has been hard at work making improvements to GloveBoxHQ, ClientHub, and Mobile Apps through bug fixes, new features, and enhancements to the products. Here's what changed this week.

Enhancements to Bill Pay Modal in ClientHub

Previously, when a customer selected the option to pay their bill, they were routed to the carrier, and their GloveBox window would close out of the Bill Pay screen. Now, the screen will remain open after the customer is routed to the carrier, making it easier for them to go back and copy their policy number if needed.

We've also added enhancements to accommodate instances where a customer needs to navigate backwards in the bill pay process.

Additional Enhancements to Elite Agents Tab in GloveBoxHQ

Last week, we launched a new Elite Agents tab that offers enhanced clarity for users with an 'Owner' view in GloveBoxHQ. These changes will make it easier for Agency Owners to view the current statuses of all Elite Agent platforms.

This week, we made an additional enhancement that allows Owners to click into a 'Pending' Elite Agent platform from this tab. This feature is particularly helpful if your agency adds a new platform and needs to configure Agency Details before the agent accepts their GloveBox invite.

 

Bug Fixes across GloveBox Products

This week, our team deployed fixes for the following bugs:

  • Reports of the 6-digit verification pin not being sent to customers. Now, verification emails that include the 6-digit pin required to sign in as a customer should be sent without issue.
  • Issues with the ability to edit a policy number. Now, a GloveBoxHQ user should be able to manually modify a policy number and save changes without any problems.
