Renewal & Reshop Processes Using ClientHub
Turn annual renewals into a digital touchpoint that improves retention and trains your clients to self-service.
Goal
Enhance your renewal and reshop workflows by delivering all related documents through ClientHub to streamline service, reinforce client experience, and increase retention.
Why This Matters
Renewals are a critical client touchpoint. They offer a natural opportunity to:
- Introduce clients to your digital client experience (if they didn’t onboard through your new client welcome process)
- Remind policyholders of your commitment to service and modern convenience
- Differentiate your agency from competitors by showcasing how easy it is to do business with you
Each renewal is a chance to retain business, build trust, and reduce future service requests.
Just like when clients request Auto ID cards or other documents, sending renewal and reshop docs through ClientHubreinforces self-service behavior and eliminates the back-and-forth of digging through emails for important documents. You’re not just delivering a renewal—you’re reinforcing how your agency supports its clients.

FAQ
What if a client doesn’t know how to access their ClientHub?
Include your ClientHub login link and mobile app download links in your email. This helps drive usage and support habits long-term.
Can I still email the documents directly?
We strongly advise against it. Each time you email documents, you train the client to call or email again next time. ClientHub ensures they always know where to go.
What if the policy doesn’t show up after AMS sync?
Double-check that the policy number is 100% accurate. Inconsistent formatting can lead to duplicates or syncing issues.
