Use your ClientHub platform to deliver new business quotes in a professional, centralized, and secure way—setting your agency apart from the first interaction and building adoption before a policy is even sold.

How to Send Quotes via ClientHub
- Invite the Prospect to ClientHub
- As soon as a prospect calls in, log into GloveBox HQ
- Click Invite Client and enter their contact details
- Let them know this is the secure platform your agency uses to manage and service policies
- They will immediately receive a welcome email with login access
- Collect or Receive Quote Information
- If you don’t have all the necessary information, the client can use the quoting intake feature in ClientHub to submit details at their convenience
- Add the Quote to ClientHub
- In GloveBox HQ, locate the client you just invited
- Click Add Policy
- Enter details for the policy you're quoting (e.g., Auto, Home, Umbrella), including the carrier name
- Under the Documents section, upload the quote files
- Name the files clearly (e.g., “Auto Quote - $500 Deductible”)
- Set the Document Type to “Quote”
- Click Save
- Automated Client Notification
- The client will automatically receive a white-labeled email branded to your agency
- This email will notify them that quote documents have been added to their secure portal
- You can follow up with an email summarizing the quote and include a direct ClientHub link for easy access
- Updating or Sending Additional Quotes
- Upload revised documents as needed and repeat the steps above
- Clients will receive a new notification each time a document is added
