      Syncing Your Gmail Account with Better Agency

      Integrating your Gmail account with Better Agency ensures seamless syncing of both inbound and outbound emails in real time.

      This feature automatically associates emails sent to and from your Google account with the relevant contact files in Better Agency, keeping your communication organized and accessible.

      How to Set Up Gmail Sync

      Follow these steps to configure Gmail sync for yourself and your team:

      1. Access Your Google Admin Portal

      2. Navigate to Security Settings

        • Once in the admin portal, locate and select "Security."

      3. Manage API Controls

        • Scroll down to the "API controls" section.
        • Click on "Manage Third-Party App Access."

      4. Configure New App Access

        • Select "Configure new app" and choose "OAuth App Name or Client ID."

      5. Search for the App

        • Enter the following link in the "Search" field:
          897811594556-pt48gqc05m46i738gt05a3tpktim1njk.apps.googleusercontent.com
        • Click "Search."

      6. Select the App

        • You’ll see "Better Agency Gmail Sync" in the search results.
        • Hover over it and click "Select."

      7. Authorize the OAuth Client ID

        • Check the box next to the "OAuth Client ID" to authorize it.
        • Confirm by clicking "Select" in the bottom right-hand corner.

      8. Set Access Permissions

        • Choose "Trusted: Can access all Google services."
        • Finalize by clicking "Configure."

      Once configured, Gmail Sync will automatically link emails to the appropriate contacts in Better Agency, enhancing team productivity and ensuring no communication gets lost.
