1. Access TCR Registration

  1. Navigate to Edit Agency Settings:
    • Click on your name in the upper-right corner and select Edit Agency.
  2. Locate the TCR Registration Section:
    • On the settings page, click on TCR Registration.

2. Submit Brand Information

  1. Fill Out the Form:
    • Enter the following details:
      • Agency Name
      • EIN (Employer Identification Number)
      • Business Name
      • Business Type
  2. Provide a Business Description:
    • Use the pre-built description provided by Better Agency.
      • This description ensures compliance by highlighting opt-out processes and verbal consent collection.
    • If necessary, edit the description to match your specific practices.

3. Agree to the Registration Fee

  1. Understand the Charge:
    • A one-time fee of $20 is required for TCR registration.
    • This fee is paid directly to the campaign registry and will be charged to your account.
  2. Submit the Form:
    • Confirm your agreement to the fee and click Submit.

4. Approval Process

  1. Brand Approval:
    • After submission, your brand will undergo an approval process that typically takes 1–2 business days.
  2. Individual Account Registration:
    • Once the brand is approved, individual account registration begins. This step takes an additional 1–2 days.

5. Start Using Text Messaging in Better Agency

  • Once TCR registration is complete, you can begin texting directly from the Better Agency platform.
