Team Member Roles & Permissions in GloveBoxHQ

There are currently two user roles available to agency team members in GloveBoxHQ; Owner and CSR. Each role has distinct access and permissions within the GloveBoxHQ platform. Agents and CSRs will both fall under the “CSR” role.
