# Training360: The GloveBox Learning Hub
## An overview and basic guide for getting started with Training360
### **Overview**
**Training360** is a role-based learning platform, built to guide agency staff during onboarding and reinforce behaviors that promote long-term success with GloveBox.
It ensures your team doesn’t just *have* GloveBox, but that they understand how to use it confidently and consistently in their daily workflows.
Without guided education, teams may revert to email, phone calls, and other inefficient legacy processes. Training360 creates a clear, trackable path that builds accountability and operational consistency across your agency.

### **How It Works**
The platform follows a simple linear structure where users advance through a **curriculum** by reviewing curated content.
The goal is to foster mastery step-by-step without being overwhelming.
#### **Courses → Lessons → Progress Tracking**
- **Courses** are organized by subject, ordered by importance, and labeled as
- Required (with due dates)
- Recommended
- Considered Extended Learning
- Each course contains short, focused **Lessons** (videos, quizzes, guides, etc.)
- Completing one lesson unlocks the next, and **p****rogress** is saved automatically

### **Navigating the Platform**
Once your Agency account is live and your team has been invited into [GloveBoxHQ](https://hq.gloveboxapp.com/), Training360 can be accessed from the left-hand navigation menu under
**Account \> Training60.**
Inside Training360, the platform is divided into four sections:
The **Dashboard** shows your assigned courses, their due dates, tracks overall progress completion and shows any earned achievements.
**My Training** allows you to start or resume your individual trainings as well as access completed materials.
The **Courses** menu lets you browse *all* available courses should you desire to expand your knowledge beyond what is assigned to your role.
**Team Progress** displays completion rates by team member and monitors overall agency adoption.

### **Common Questions**
***Where should I start?***
At the beginning! Essential trainings are 'on rails', meaning required courses must be completed before unlocking additional materials.
***My courses are overdue, how does this actually affect me?***
Beyond simply falling behind, your Agency leadership team is able to monitor GloveBox adoption efforts as well as review their team's progress.
***I missed onboarding / only recently joined the agency. Can I access Training360?***Absolutely. You can start self-onboarding at any time via the T360 link in [GloveBoxHQ.](https://hq.gloveboxapp.com/)
