Occasionally, you may need to unlink a contact from a commercial account.. Follow the steps below to remove a contact from a specific business.

Identify the Contact to Unlink
In Better Agency, contacts and businesses have linked profiles. If a contact, such as a former owner, is no longer associated with a business, you can unlink them.
Access the Contact’s Profile

Navigate to the contact’s profile.

On their profile, you will see a list of linked businesses.
Navigate to the Linked Business

Locate and select the business that the contact is currently linked to.

Open the Contact Details section within the business profile.

Identify the contact you wish to remove from the list.
Unlink the Contact

Click on the eye icon next to the contact’s name.

Select the option to Remove.

Confirm your selection by clicking Yes.

The system will update automatically, removing the contact from the business.
Verify the Changes

Check the business profile to ensure the contact is no longer listed.

Return to the contact’s profile and refresh the page.

The previously linked business should no longer be associated with the contact.
