# Unsubscribing from GloveBox Communications
## As an insured, you can request to opt out of GloveBox marketing and rollout emails/texts if you no longer want to receive our messages. Here's how.
If you no longer wish to receive messages from GloveBox, you can click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any GloveBox email communication. Doing so will remove you from the email list and prevent us from sending any future messages.
For text messages, you can reply to any SMS messages from GloveBox with 'STOP.'
For additional help after taking the above steps to unsubscribe, you can reach out to our support team at support@gloveboxapp.com.
