Using Additional Tools and Systems with GloveBox

There are plenty of great systems available for insurance agencies to use alongside GloveBox. This article highlights many of these tools and shares how they can be used within GloveBox.

Agency Bill Pay Systems

In GloveBoxHQ, you can add your Agency Bill Pay link in the 'Capture Links' section of the 'Agency Details' tab. Once added, for any policies that have been designated as Agency Bill, customers will be routed to this link when they choose to pay their bill in ClientHub or within the Mobile Apps.

Agency Bill Claims Systems

Much like an Agency Bill Pay, you can add your Agency Bill Claims link in the 'Capture Links' section of the 'Agency Details' tab in GloveBoxHQ. Once added, for any policies that have been designated as Agency Bill, customers will be routed to this link when they file a claim in ClientHub or within the Mobile Apps.

Appointment Scheduling Tools

In GloveBoxHQ, your agency can add the ability for your clients to directly schedule meetings with you using an appointment scheduler from within 'Agency Details.' Once added, customers can book appointments with you directly from ClientHub or the Mobile Apps.

Certificate Request Tools

For commercial clients, giving them the ability to easily request a certificate can be a great way to save time for your team. In GloveBoxHQ, your agency can add a commercial certificate request URL under 'Agency Details,' which will route a customer forward to follow your certificate request process.
