# Using PolicyAssist and Marketplace with HubSpot
Many agencies already use **HubSpot** as their CRM. With GloveBox, you don’t have to choose between systems—our **PolicyAssist** and **Marketplace** features can work directly with HubSpot to streamline your workflows.

#### How the Integration Works
When a client submits a request through PolicyAssist or starts a quote in Marketplace, GloveBox can automatically create records in HubSpot:
- **PolicyAssist Requests → HubSpot Tickets**
Every service request submitted through PolicyAssist can generate a **ticket** inside HubSpot. This allows your service team to manage requests directly within their existing HubSpot Service Hub pipeline.
- **Marketplace Quotes → HubSpot Deals**
When a client uses the Marketplace to request new quotes, GloveBox can generate a **deal** in your HubSpot Sales pipeline. This ensures every opportunity is tracked, assigned, and followed up with inside your CRM.
By syncing these workflows, your staff can work entirely in HubSpot without needing to re-enter or duplicate data.

#### How to Set It Up
1. **Confirm Your HubSpot Plan**
- Tickets require HubSpot **Service Hub**.
- Deals require HubSpot **Sales Hub**.
2. **Enable the Integration**
- Contact GloveBox support to connect your HubSpot account.
- You’ll authenticate via HubSpot’s secure connection.
3. **Configure Routing Rules**
- Decide which pipelines new tickets and deals should go into.
- Map any required fields (such as product line, policy type, or priority).
4. **Test the Workflow**
- Submit a sample PolicyAssist request → verify a ticket is created.
- Submit a Marketplace quote request → verify a deal is created.
