What Is the Embedded Marketplace for Commercial Lines?

The Embedded Marketplace allows your agency to offer a digital, streamlined commercial quoting experience directly inside the GloveBox ClientHub. It makes it easy for prospects and existing clients to request commercial insurance quotes from your agency—without emailing, calling, or guessing what information to provide.

With full agency control from GloveBoxHQ, you can customize which commercial policy types are available, determine where commercial quote requests are routed, and tailor the quoting workflow based on the size of the business.

How the Commercial Marketplace Works

When a client or prospect selects a commercial line of business inside their ClientHub, they’ll be guided through a simple digital form that collects the basic information your team needs to begin a quote.

Once submitted, the request goes directly to the email address your agency configures in GloveBoxHQ.

Commercial Categories Supported

To better align with the way agencies quote commercial accounts, GloveBox separates commercial quoting into three business-size tiers:

1. Small Business (Under $3M in Revenue)

  • Ideal for fast-moving, digitally-friendly accounts

  • Often compatible with carrier or comparative raters

  • Delivered directly to your designated agency inbox

2. Middle Market ($3M–$10M in Revenue)

  • More complex accounts that may require underwriting communication

  • Requests are routed to the agency team for hands-on handling

3. Large Commercial (Over $10M in Revenue)

  • High-touch, relationship-driven accounts

  • ClientHub directs the user to contact the agency directly

  • Form can be replaced with your own intake link if preferred

These tiers ensure that each business type enters the right workflow and reaches the right team member.

Agency Configuration in GloveBoxHQ

Inside GloveBoxHQ, your agency can fully customize how the Commercial Embedded Marketplace behaves.

You can control:

✔ Which commercial policy types appear

  • General Liability

  • BOP

  • Workers Comp

  • Cyber

  • Commercial Auto

  • E&O

  • And more

✔ Which email each policy type routes to

You may use:

  • A single commercial inbox for all requests

  • Different emails for different policy types

  • Role-based inboxes for SMB/Mid-Market/Large

✔ Whether to use GloveBox forms or your own external link

For each policy type or business size category, you may:

  • Use the GloveBox digital form (default)

  • Replace it with your own commercial intake link

  • Turn off individual policy types if they are not written by your agency

This gives you full control over what your policyholders see and how requests flow into your team.

What Your Clients See

Inside ClientHub (website or mobile app), clients will:

  1. Go to “Shop” or “Get a Quote”

  2. Select Commercial Insurance

  3. Choose their business size

  4. Complete a short, easy intake form

  5. Submit the request

The quote request is then delivered to the email address your agency configured.

Future Enhancements (Coming Soon)

Agent Referral to GloveBox

For agencies who don’t write certain commercial lines or sizes, you’ll be able to route those quote requests to GloveBox’s referral network.

Activate Integrated Digital Products

If GloveBox integrates with third-party digital carriers or specialty partners, agencies will be able to “turn on” those options at the policy-type level.
