In HQ, you may change the first and last name of a client on their Client Profile and it will override the name coming in from your AMS data.
There are many times that policies are written under a named insured for the household based on who has the better insurance score. Sometimes this is not the person who monitors/uses GloveBox. In our example below, Carlos was written as the primary named insured on the policy but his wife Henrietta is the Glovebox user.
For these instances, we have given agencies the ability to change the first and last name of a client inside their Personal Profile section. Once changed, this data point will be cemented in record until it is changed again. Even with AMS data coming into GloveBox and Carlos as the named insured, Henrietta will still show in HQ as the account holder.
*Please note, email address cannot be changed at this time as they are used by the client for logging into GloveBox.
