Easily edit agency information such as logo, address, phone numbers, email address, capture links and social links right from Agency Details tab in GloveBoxHQ.
From the Agency Details tab, agency owners and admins can edit:
- Agency Info (Company Info Tab)
- Personal and Commercials Service/Quote links (Capture Links Tab)
- Sales email address, phone number, and SMS (Sales Info Tab)
- Service email address, phone number, and SMS (Customer Service Tab)
- Website and social media links (Social Info Tab)
- Agency Logo & Light or Dark Theme (Theme tab)
Any changes or updates made here will be immediately reflected in the client's app.
Note: If the email addresses for Sales or Service are changed, please notify Agency Success so that the delivery address of Get a quote and Request service submission forms can be updated to reflect the new email address.
To edit:
- From the Agency Details tab in GloveBoxHQ, click any of the tabs.
- Edit the agency details you wish to modify by simply clicking into the text field.
- Click Save.
