You may have also kicked off your SMS text message and e-mail rollout, which is a GloveBox campaign that lets policyholders know about your customer portal. Here's what you need to know about the rollout.
Following the rollout and initial set-up, GloveBox has three important actions that your team should begin completing:
- Adding new policyholders and prospects within GloveBoxHQ
- Uploading policyholder documents to Glovebox HQ
- Ensure your client list is pulling over from your agency management system (AMS) at least once a week
