Agency Kickoff
This phase will introduce your team to GloveBox and ensure that all foundational setup tasks are completed.

- Send your staff roster to your Implementation Manager (10 minutes)
- Send awareness campaign to your customers using this email template (15 minutes)
- Complete contact information audit within your Agency Management System (TBD)
- Attend Client List Integration Meeting (30 minutes)
Agency Training
This phase focuses on training your team and setting up key integration points for maximum adoption.
- Attend Customer Training Session (45 minutes)
- Add your Client Portal link across key adoption points (30 minutes)
- Company Website (using these instructions)
- Staff Email Signatures (using these instructions)
- Customer Communications (using these instructions)
Agency Go-Live
This phase marks the official launch of GloveBox in your agency.
- Schedule your agency rollout date (5 minutes)
- Upload documents for new verified customers (15 minutes each day)
- Achieve new customer adoption goal of 15 - 20%
- Attend your Customer Transition Meeting (30 minutes)
Total Time Investment:
