GloveBox Implementation Checklist
Welcome to GloveBox! Below are the onboarding tasks that your implementation manager will work alongside you to complete, ensuring your agency is set up for success with GloveBox.
Data Integration
In this phase, your agency’s point of contact will partner with the GloveBox Data Operations team to set up your initial data integration via a report or API connection.
- Attend your data integration call (30 minutes)
- Complete a brief QA of your agency’s data once imported to GloveBox (15 minutes)
New Agency Checklist
In this phase, you’ll partner with your customer success manager to complete a handful of set-up tasks.
- Attend your agency kickoff meeting (30 minutes)
- Send an awareness campaign to your team using this template (5 minutes)
- Send your staff roster to your customer success manager (10 minutes)
- Add your Client Portal link across key adoption points (30 minutes)
- Company Website (using these instructions)
- Staff Email Signatures (using these instructions)
- Customer Communications (using these instructions)
Agency Training
In this phase, you and your team will receive training on using the GloveBox product and begin preparing for launch.
- Attend Customer Training Session (45 minutes)
- Send out additional resources to staff (10 minutes)
- Article on promoting GloveBox to clients
- Article on uploading policy documents
- Set expectations for launch using this email template
Agency Go-Live
- Schedule your agency rollout date (5 minutes)
- Start officially using GloveBox!
Total Time Investment:
2 hours and 45 minutes of setup and 15 minutes per day once live.
