# GloveBox Implementation Checklist
## Welcome to GloveBox! Below are the onboarding tasks that your implementation manager will work alongside you to complete, ensuring your agency is set up for success with GloveBox.
### **Data Integration**
In this phase, your agency’s point of contact will partner with the GloveBox Data Operations team to set up your initial data integration via a report or API connection.
- Attend your data integration call (30 minutes)
- Complete a brief QA of your agency’s data once imported to GloveBox (15 minutes)

### **New Agency Checklist**
In this phase, you’ll partner with your customer success manager to complete a handful of set-up tasks.
- Attend your agency kickoff meeting (30 minutes)

- Send your staff roster to your customer success manager (10 minutes)
- Add your Client Portal link across key adoption points (30 minutes)

### **Agency Training**
In this phase, you and your team will receive training on using the GloveBox product and begin preparing for launch.
- Attend Customer Training Session (45 minutes)
