How do I update client information in GloveBox?

Client information such as email address, phone number, and other policy/contact information cannot be edited or modified directly in GloveBox. This is because this information is pulled directly from your agency's AMS data. This data is refreshed/updated weekly, and any changes made in GloveBox would be overwritten by the newly imported AMS client data.

In order to modify client information, update the client account information in your AMS system directly. Once changes are made, these new details will be updated in GloveBox with the next AMS data import. 

Please note that if both phone number and email address are changed in your AMS system for an existing GloveBox app user, the user have difficulty accessing their GloveBox account, as this phone number/email address combination is used as a unique identifier to give clients GloveBox access.
