      App Support

      • Safeco Password Reset Requirement
      • App user is seeing the GloveBox logo, not the agency logo, in their account.
      • Policyholder is not seeing their carriers/policy numbers in GloveBox.
      • Policyholder is seeing policy numbers that do not belong to them.
      • New or recently updated policy documents are not pulling into GloveBox for an existing carrier connection.
      • Policyholder receives an error message when connecting to a carrier.
