How to Complete the New Client Welcome Process

  1. Ensure the Client is Active in ClientHub
    • Ideally, the client has already been invited and verified their ClientHub account during the quote stage
    • If not, send a new invite from GloveBox HQ

  1. Locate the Client in HQ and Update Policies
    • Search for the client in GloveBox HQ
    • Either update existing quote-based policies or click Add New Policy
    • Enter:
      • Policy Type
      • Carrier Name
      • Billing Method
      • Accurate Policy Number (ensure this is 100% correct to avoid AMS sync issues)
  2. Upload Key Client Documents
    • Remove any outdated quote documents
    • Upload:
      • Auto ID Cards
      • Declarations Pages
      • Certificates or any other client-facing documents
    • Name each file clearly
    • Set the correct Document Type:
      • Auto ID Card → enables ID card display inside ClientHub
      • Certificate → triggers the right experience in the platform
  3. Send the New Client Welcome Email
  4. Reinforce the ClientHub Experience
    • Remind the client they can handle:
      • Bill Pay
      • Policy Changes
      • Document Access
      • And more
    • Let them know they can still reach you directly—but this platform is the fastest way to get what they need, when they need it
