Policyholder is Seeing Unknown Data In Their GloveBox

If a policyholder's GloveBox is showing carriers or policy numbers that do not belong to them, this is often an AMS data issue.

Verify your AMS data that the phone number or email address used to connect to GloveBox is not used in multiple different places in your AMS system. It is not uncommon for an agent or CSR to use their own email or phone as a placeholder in a policyholder’s file if one isn't provided as the time of sale. This will result in that client’s policies showing up in the agency team member’s own GloveBox, so make sure that all policyholder account information is accurate and consistent in your AMS system before reaching out to your Agency Success Manager.
