To ensure a smooth transition and successful rollout, follow these key steps:

1. Confirm Stakeholder Readiness

Make sure that all relevant team members and stakeholders have completed the training and are familiar with GloveBox’s features. If anyone has outstanding questions, your Customer Success Manager is here to help.

2. Align on a Launch Date

Choose a launch date that works best for your agency. This will be the day we activate your Rollout Campaign.

3. Activate the Rollout Campaign

On your chosen launch date, we will enable your Rollout Campaign, which will send invitation messages to your clients, encouraging them to sign up for GloveBox.

4. Monitor Verified Client Count

As your customers start accepting their invitations, you’ll see your verified customer count increase. This number represents the clients who are actively using GloveBox instead of calling your agency for service needs. A higher count means greater adoption and reduced service workload.

Driving Adoption Post-Launch

After your rollout, continue promoting GloveBox to maximize adoption:

1. Incorporate GloveBox into Client Calls

Some customers may miss their invitation emails or be unfamiliar with the platform. When assisting clients over the phone, use these conversations as an opportunity to introduce GloveBox:

  • Example: If a client calls to pay their bill, you can say: "I can help with this over the phone today, but moving forward, you can pay your bill directly in your GloveBox portal. Let me resend your invite to get you set up."

2. Upload Policy Documents

For customers who have signed into GloveBox, upload their policy documents to their accounts. This proactive step reduces future service calls for ID cards, policy details, and other documents.
